  Expanded Reflection: The Modern University Ecosystem "Day 1 highlighted the reality that a university classroom is a microcosm of global diversity. My most significant realization was that tech readiness is not just about having the latest gadgets; it is about using technology as a bridge for differentiated learning . By shifting toward multimodal learning experiences —such as combining visual data with collaborative discussion—we move away from a 'one-size-fits-all' model. The challenge lies in maintaining engagement, but the solution is clear: continuous feedback . When students feel their specific needs are seen through personalized pathways, their investment in the subject matter deepens. I now see my role not just as a source of information, but as a designer of inclusive learning journeys."
